When the doc asked me to keep up with my blood pressure, he asked me to record it daily. Well, now that he's indicated that I need to stay on my drug, a.k.a. The Water Pill (hydrochlorothiazide), I've decided to record the pressure weekly (Sundays) So this is where I was at today!
